With all the complexities of the modern vehicle, with subtle curved shapes, trays, cup holders, sensors, airbags, and other devices. It is very common for dash cover manufacturers to cut corners on the pattern design, resulting in a mediocre fit. This also results in dash covers that cover up sensors, cup holders, and other unique devices. This not only causes a poor fit, it also creates a hazard which can prevent automatic headlights from functioning and airbags from deploying. All Coverking Dash Covers are designed from the original vehicle dashboard using sophisticated software. Therefore, all cutouts, sensors, cup holders, and airbag openings are studied and the Coverking Dash Cover is designed not to interfere. Making the Coverking Dash Cover a superior product over the competition.
Coverking Dash Covers are a superior Dash Cover because we use a more sophisticated stitching method we call “Zig Zag“ stitching which allows the material to follow the contours of the dash. Our competitors use a more simplified stitching method which causes the material to lift off the dash causing poor fit.
Coverking Dash Covers are also treated with a U.V. and fire retardant to comply with federal motor vehicle safety standards.

All our products are made from materials that are suitable for automotive applications. In some cases we have specifically designed the fabrics for our applications. They are designed to o provide you with all the qualities you expect from an OE fabric (durability and fade resistance etc.), however, they will not be an exact match to your original material. They are intened to COMPLEMENT your vehicle’s interior, not be an exaxct match to it.
In a word – Wait! It’s usually a result of them being packed and shipped. These wrinkles or creases should come out during the first few days of use, especially if the vehicle is left in the Sun for an extended period of time. The heat from the Sun will help the Coverking Dash Cover conform to your vehicle’s dashboard.
No, Coverking Dash Covers are very easy to install. There are no holes to drill and no messy or clumsy glue issues. Coverking Dash Covers install much easier than most other accessories for your vehicle. If possible, lay the Coverking Dash Cover out in place for a few days, giving it time to settle into shape from being packed for shipping. To prepare for installation, clean off your dash with a lint-free cloth (use warm water and a mild detergent if necessary).Make sure your dashboard is completely dry. When you are ready to install your Coverking Dash Cover, use the included adhesive Velcro pieces, placed strategically around your dash as noted in the included installation instruction, to mount your dashboard cover in place. The entire preparation and installation should take less than half an hour from start to finish.
Alcohol pads are safe to use to clean and prep the dash before installing the Velcro attachment points but due to the age and dash conditions Coverking recommends testing the wipes in an inconspicuous part of the dash to ensure that the dashboard will not discolor from the alcohol. If you are unsure about using the wipe Coverking recommends cleaning the dash with a mild soap and water to remove the oils and dirt on the dash.
