Diamond Eye makes the following limited warranty regarding your new Diamond Eye Manufacturing Diesel Exhaust Products:

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers any defect in material or workmanship of your Diesel Exhaust Product, including any rust or corrosion, with the exceptions described below.

How Long The Coverage Lasts Under This Warranty

Coverage under this warranty begins on the date you purchased your Diesel Exhaust Product.

How long the warranty coverage lasts depends on which series of Diesel Exhaust Product you purchased.

If your Diesel Exhaust Product is a:

1. Street Series, this warranty is for a period of (1) year after the purchase date;

2. Comp Series, this warranty is for a period of (6) years after the purchase date.

This warranty is valid only for the first purchaser of the Diesel Exhaust Product.

The applicable warranty coverage described above will terminate if you sell or otherwise transfer your Diesel Exhaust Product (or the vehicle it is installed on) during the applicable coverage period.

Implied Warranties For All Exhaust Series Are Limited Under This Warranty

All implied warranties that apply to all Exhaust Series (Street Series, Comp Series, Classic Series) are limited. Implied warranties include a warranty of merchantability (an unwritten promise that your Diesel Exhaust Product is fit for ordinary use and that there is nothing significantly wrong with it).

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover your Diesel Exhaust Product if it was not properly installed on a vehicle for which it was designed (including the vehicle's make, model and year).

This warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by (a) abusing or misusing your Diesel Exhaust Product, (b) an act of God (like an earthquake, fire or flood), (c) improperly installing your Diesel Exhaust Product, (d) failing to properly maintain your Diesel Exhaust Product or (e) an accident. Also, this warranty does not cover consequential or incidental damages. These include (but are not limited to):

Consequential Damages: The cost of repairing or replacing other property (like your vehicle) that may have been damaged because your Diesel Exhaust Product did not properly function; and

Incidental Damages: Any economic loss that results from your Diesel Exhaust Product not properly functioning, such as the cost of removing or reinstalling the Diesel Exhaust Product on your vehicle and any damage from loss of use, loss of time or car rental.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential and incidental damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Customer Service

If all the terms of this limited warranty have been met, Diamond Eye will repair or replace your Diesel Exhaust Product if it determines that there is a defect in material or workmanship, or that the Product is rusted or corroded.

Diamond Eyes sole obligation under this limited warranty is to repair or replace your Diesel Exhaust Product at its discretion.

How State Law Applies To This Warranty

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
