As a basic manufacturer, Four Seasons identifies flaws and deficiencies in O.E design and engineers solutions for high pattern failures. The O.E. vane style compressor has inherent design flaws that causes the internal components to break down and accumulate debris in the compressor cylinder. If scoring occurs, the rotary vanes may become stuck in their slots, leading to potential seizing, resulting in premature compressor failure. The Four Seasons® solution uses a variable displacement, durable, proven, piston wobble plate design, noted for reliability and longevity. In addition it is much less sensitive to liquid slugging.
As a basic manufacturer in blower motors, Unimotor® manufacturing facility has the ability to identify known flaws and engineer/manufacturer a solution. Extensive quality control inspections ensure all engineering and quality requirements are met to ensure a superior quality and cost-effective product. Commitment to continuous improvement shows with TS16949 and ISO 14001 certifications. Each unit is 100% tested for functional performance and operational noise, before ever going out the door.
Features and Benefits
Four Seasons® redesigned motor resolves several issues associated with this O.E. unit for these applications. Issues include insufficient cooling, exposed circuit boards and loosely attached electronics that can fail from common vehicle vibration. Company design features airtight sealed electronics with stall and surge protection, EMI suppression and an integrated cooling tube for extended motor life.
As a basic manufacturer in hose assemblies, capabilities extend past just putting a part in a box. Through modern manufacturing and advanced production equipment. Each unit is 100% inspected to ensure bend pipe consistency is maintained through a highly precise CNC bending machine. Hose assemblies play an important role in A/C system performance by carrying refrigerant and lubrication from one component to another. Poor manufacturing could lead to restricted refrigerant and oil flow to the compressor, resulting in catastrophic system failure.
Features:
Hoses are located in rear vehicle, behind tires. Constantly exposed to elements that cause corrosion, leading to a/c fluid leaks. Four Seasons is the first one in the market with a quality replacement solution.
As the image shows, hoses are made of four layers: Outer protective cover, reinforcing layer, elastomeric layer and impermeable barrier layer. But something to keep in mind, as hose ages, materials lose elasticity. They are more prone to leak at crimps, also internal layers may disintegrate – Particles slough off and contaminate system.
Tensioner Pulley and Idler Pulley product lines are manufactured to meet or exceed the original manufactures requirements for both automotive and heavy duty applications.
Tensioner and Idler Pulleys are made from either thermoplastic or steel, depending upon the OEM application demands. The pulleys can be grooved, flat, or flanged and all pulleys meet or exceed the OEM requirements. A Sealed bearings help insure a long bearing life and an aluminum dust cover is used to help prevent the possibility of dirt and other contaminates from entering the bearing which can lead to a premature failure.
Four Seasons expansion devices are specifically calibrated to provide proper flow to the evaporator as well as restricting or modulating high pressure liquid causing a pressure drop to lower the refrigerant temperature. They also provide optimum cabin comfort for both the driver and passengers.
Features
Four Seasons expansion valves are built to match O.E. design. After assembled, each valve is tested and calibrated to match it’s O.E. specifications. Some competitors build multiple valves to just one specification setting which can lead to poor cooling performance.

Fixed Orifice Tube - Must be replaced with compressor
Four Seasons® brings you the latest technological developments in the design of automotive air conditioning condensers by car manufacturers, providing you with a quality product you have come to expect from company. Company offer every condenser style to match the style, fit, and function of the O.E. condenser which includes a wide range of car and light truck applications.
Why choose Four Seasons® Condensers?
Micro and Mini - Tube A/C condensers cannot be flushed successfully, small tube passages that are designed to make the condenser more efficient. Latest technological developments in car and light-truck A/C systems include micro-extruded tubes and mini-micro-extruded tubes which CANNOT BE FLUSHED. Do not take a chance with flushing, always replace the condenser when a compressor fails. Replacement will take the guessing out of the installation job.
Condenser technology has evolved dramatically over the past 10-15 years. Designs have changed from a “tube and fin” design to a “micro” tube design which has shown to improve airflow efficiency. Four Seasons® employs the latest technology developments from the O.E., including micro and mini-micro-extruded tubes. These two tube configurations cannot be interchanged, therefore, company condensers accommodate the design to replace the O.E. unit without any guessing.
The purpose of the evaporator is to condition the air in the vehicle passenger compartment. As air is blown across the surface of the evaporator fins, cold refrigerant flowing through the evaporator will remove heat and cool the air. As the air cools, moisture will condense into water on the fins lowering the humidity. The water will collect some of the dust and pollen filtering the air. Evaporators are made of aluminum to resist corrosion and are pressure tested at the factory. Company evaporators also come with the necessary O-rings and gaskets for ease of installation.
Features and Benefits
Four Seasons maintains a close tolerance to each design for fit, form and function to meet or exceed OE performance.
As the automotive industry continues to introduce more electronic systems, switches and relays will play a greater role in daily operation and repairs. With over 1000, multi-function, and driver-operated switches and relays for import and domestic vehicles, Four Seasons® sets the bar for coverage you can count on. Company switches and relays are all meticulously designed, manufactured, and tested to ensure reliability and performance.
Features and Benefits
When a blower motor resistor fails, it’s recommended to replace the connector. A blower motor resistor connector connects the HVAC control module and the blower motor resistor. The connection between the electrical terminals of the blower motor resistor and the wiring connector that powers the module may be incapable of conducting higher current levels for sustained periods of blower motor operation. In addition, moisture and other contaminants may enter the fresh air intake and corrode the terminals. If any of these were to occur, the blower motor resistor or wiring connector could overheat and burn.
