The GReddy Racing Titanium line is a true race inspired exhaust system. Based on popular JDM Power Extreme II style, the Racing Titanium is very free flowing, having large diameter piping and minimal bends. As a true PRO system, the outer construction is full Titanium, from the flanges to the mandrel-bent piping, to the muffler canister and flamed outer-curled Tip. Being full Titanium, a 10lb cat-back system can save 50+lbs of weight for some vehicles.
One of the best ways to increase performance in a smaller displacement engine, is forced-induction. GReddy Turbocharger Kits and Supercharger kits are engineered for vehicle specific applications. This allows GReddy to tailor each kit for the best match in performance, drivability, and ease of installation. GReddy offers 3 main categories of forced-induction kits along with a host of supplemental products to aid you in Greddys "Total Tune-up" philosophy.
Turbo Upgrade Kits are for vehicles, which already have factory turbochargers. For these models GReddy offers larger turbocharger options to optimize performance at higher horsepower ranges, that the factory system could never supply. Many of these kits include hand-built, tuned, stainless-steel header-type manifolds with large external wastegates, which with proper fuel tuning can produce enormous horsepower increases.
Greddys line of Bolt-on Turbo Kits, on the other hand, are designed for vehicles which are normally-aspirated (N/A or non-turbos.) For these vehicles GReddy offers easy to install bolt-on kits which include necessary components to convert your engine, including pre-tuned fuel management to increase fuel demands for boost conditions.* These kits offer a simple option to increase power in the 30-60% range, with the potential to produce even more horsepower.
The GReddy line of Tuner Turbo Kits are carefully designed turbo kits that feature the main ingredients required for big horsepower, larger turbochargers, intercoolers and racing downpipes. But they also keep cost down by leaving fuel upgrades up to the individual tuner, so depending on how extreme they want to go, the tuner has more options for tuning.
GReddy Blow Off Valves are easily adjustable to eliminate compressor surge and preventing premature boost leakage, while increasing boost response between shifts. Each valve is made of durable cast and billet aluminum frame and the valve to diaphragm ratio provides performance that cheap piston types cannot offer. The spring stiffness adjustment screw and the three different models give the GReddy user the option to match vehicles with mild upgrades to heavily tuned engines.
One of the most important components in a well designed turbocharged engine set-up, is a properly sized wastegate. Too small of a wastegate can cause boost creep while too large of a wastegate will increase boost lag and decrease performance. GReddy external wastegates are made from the highest quality materials to insure both stability and durability in a turbochargers boost control. Each unit is adjustable as well as rebuildable. Available in 4 sizes and various spring rates. From 0.8kg/cm2 (11psi) to 1.5kg/cm2 (21psi) and up.
When increasing the power of your vehicle, it is important to also consider heat management. A vehicle’s efficiency and longevity is effected drastically by heat. GReddy’s decades of experience and knowledge in high performance products over the years, has lead to effective cooling solutions: GReddy Intercoolers for cooler turbocharger inlet temperatures, GReddy Oil Coolers with thermostats for Engine and Drivetrain components and various Radiator-related items for the engine’s coolant/water system.
Application specific Intercooler upgrades kits with properly sized cores, mounting, aluminum piping, silicone hosing, and hardware. The addition of a GReddy intercooler is one of the best ways to safely increase horsepower in a turbocharged engine. By reducing the engines inlet temperatures, a denser air charge will enter the engine; this can make more horsepower at the same boost level and even more power at higher boost levels
GReddy/GREX Oil Cooler Kits help prolong the life of your oil and in turn your internal engine components. Hard driving causes higher engine temperatures. GReddy/GREX oil coolers are an excellent addition, and are especially effective in harsh driving environments. By using a similar inner-fin core design as our famous intercoolers, we are able to increase oil capacity, decrease oil temperatures, and extend engine and oil life. Our systems also offer an internal (or external) thermostat (opening range 75-82 C) to allow for quick engine warm up. The efficient core and durable steel-braided lines ensure good flow and a leak free installation.
Designed originally for racing engines, today’s compact production engines can also benefit from the used of GReddy’s Radiator Bleed Tank. The air in the radiator causes over heating. The GReddy Breather Tank removes the air in cooling system. By the fuid swirl in the tank, Breather Tanks separate coolant from the air and will contribute to the radiator’s efficentcy. GReddy Airinx and GReddy Air Intake Systems are designed to provide a easy and simple solution for helping increase air intake flow to your vehicle’s engine. When super high-flow is important, for specific turbo applications, a free flowing dual-ply, 3 dimensional urethane foam element with inner funnel adapter may be recommended. While for more everyday use, an application specific or universal GReddy Air Intake System with 4-layer synthetic, deep pleated, air intake filter system will be the ideal choice. All GReddy air intake systems feature a dry filter element to protect sensitive O.E. intake sensors.
Airinx Air Intake Kits, are complete vehicle specific systems. They are broken down into two main types. One is a simple to install Airinx combination with a one-piece molded internal funnel and pipe or airflow meter adapter. The second type adds smooth flowing mandrel-bent aluminum piping to improve air flow response, and in some case relocation of the air filter for better performance. New multi-layer synthetic, deep pleated, dry filter element provides improved filtration, with long service intervals. It also provides high flow, but without sensor contamination. Orginal replacement elements for the Airinx AY-Type filters are also avaible.

In addition to pushing the envelope for effective electronic displays and controls, the end goal is to provide useful features that are easy to monitor and control, even when the systems themselves are very complex. GReddy electronic engineers use their experience and expertise to produce effective tuning aids, with stylish construction and enhance usability. Industry standards like Profec boost controllers, Turbo Timers and Gauge lines continue to evolve with each new iteration.
The new PRofec is compact, powerful and easy to use. The large OLED Display, with the simple two-button / rotary-dial control, make for intuitive operation. An ultra slim controller can display in digital, bar-graph, or graphical modes and can be rotated 180 degree for installation with the included adjustable mount or flush mounted. By separating the display and control unit in the driver’s compartment, from the engine compartment-mounted, waterproof, sensor unit, it makes installation straightforward. Only one thin harness is required to be routed through the firewall. The combination of the new 300kPa (43.5psi) integrated pressure sensor, the more compact solenoid valve and faster ECU processer, provide quicker response and the most stable boost curves yet. The PRofec also maintains popular features like, Lo, Hi, Scramble boost presets, last-boost display, peak-hold recall, warning alert and safety limiter. Separating the Display Unit from the Sensor Unit
To keep the Display Unit as slim as possible, a separate water-resistant Sensor Unit was developed. The added benifit of this however, is the convenience of installation. Now that the Sensor Unit is mounted in the engine room, only a single thin harness is required to be routed through the vehicles fire-wall.

Intuitive Dial Operation. Unique to this latest generation PRofec is a larger ergonomic rotary-dial control. Along with a new compact display unit size, the controller can be easily mounted within reach of the operator. This all together creates an intuitive boost controlling experience.
New Compact Solenoid and Improved CPU Control. The PRofec uses a new more compact 3-port boost solenoid, controlled by a faster CPU. The result is a quicker responding system, that provides our most stable boost curves yet.
Excellent Visibility with the OLED Display. OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diode) display offers excellent visibility at a wider range of angles. It is also much brighter then standard LCD screens, allowing the display to be more compact, yet still effective.
Powerful and user-friendly, the new Info-Touch provides advanced engine monitoring, with touch screen ease. Installation of the 3.5” Color TFT unit is made simple with the provided OBD/CAN and 12V cigarette lighter plugs. The Info-Touch is ideal for most vehicles, from stock cars to highly-tuned street machines. Depending on vehicle, the unit can display from a large list of factory ECU signal Items, estimate Power with a weight/acceleration run, estimate Fuel Economy and Cost in Eco mode, Data-log up to 15 minutes of info, and read/reset DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Codes).
The GReddy Mult D/A Gauge is large 62mm (2.44") hybrid digital-analog gauge can select between an optional 7 pieces of data (Boost, Oil Press, Fuel Press, Water Temp, Oil Temp, Voltage and EGT,) to monitor in its integrated EL digital display. Select from Turbo or Oil Pressure analog dials, with various sensors and options to suit any enthusiast. The included wireless remote controls all functions, including selection of viewed sensors, 7color LED backlighting, Peak-Hold and Warning features. The advance design eliminates the needs for multiple gauges, while making it all simpler to install and view.
The GReddy e-manage Ultimate is as close to a stand-alone management system as you can get while maintaining the best features of a "piggy-back" engine management; an economical price, the usage of existing sensors, the ability to easily alter factory settings and not having to tune from scratch.
