WARRANTIES

GReddy Performance Products, Inc. (GPP) warrants to you, the original purchaser, that its new products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials when used for their intended purposes. This limited warranty shall extend for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase for all products other than turbochargers and turbocharger kits. For turbochargers and kits, the limited warranty will extend for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of purchase. Any part of GPP product that is covered by this warranty and found to be defective in materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at GPP’s option. For example, GPP will not replace a complete kit if a single component is found to be defective. All repairs will be made by GPP or an authorized GPP dealer at no charge during the warranty period. GPP reserves the right to change or improve the design of any GPP product without assuming any obligation to modify any GPP product previously manufactured.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

This warranty does not cover the following:

Any GPP product that has been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, or that has been improperly installed, operated, or maintained.

Any GPP product that has been used for racing or in preparation for racing; has been altered or modified so as to adversely affect its operation, performance, or durability; has been altered or modified to change its intended use.

Repairs made necessary by normal wear and tear, or by the use of parts, accessories, lubricants, or fuels, which in the reasonable judgment of GPP, are either incompatible with the GPP product or adversely affects its operation, performance, or durability.

Incidental or consequential expenses, including loss of use of the product or the vehicle on which it was installed, loss of income, or inconvenience.

SUPREME SP / REVOLUTION RS EXHAUST SYSTEMS

Greddy Performance Products, Inc. warrants to original retail purchaser that the select GReddy products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle, on which it was originally designed for and installed on, with proof of purchase and registration within 30 days of original purchase.

Without proper documentation or registration, one (1) year coverage is implied from the original date of purchase. If you discover a defect in a product covered by this warranty, Greddy Performance Products will repair, or if repair is not possible, replace the item.

EVOLUTION GT EXHAUST

GReddy® Products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty to be free from defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase by the Original Purchaser. This warranty does not apply to any Products that have been subjected to misuse, mishandling, misapplication, neglect (including but not limited to improper maintenance), improper installation, or alterations.

EXCLUSIONS

Exhaust gaskets (these will need to be replaced periodically).
Universal mufflers/Resonator/Fabrication components.
Titanium systems/Stainless off-highway use race components (1-year coverage).
Previously released models SP Elite, SE, Racing Ti-C, RS, EVO3 (3-year coverage).
Modified system/Any modifications made to the product voids all warranty.
Installed on commercial vehicles or racing vehicles.
Surface rust caused by road debris.
Damage due to mishandling, abuse, negligence, or accidents.
Lowered vehicles/If the vehicle is too low, the exhaust will drag on the ground causing damages (scraping, cracking, denting, and rusting).
Incorrect applications/Product used on the wrong vehicle.
Discoloration of piping, muffler, or tip.
Incomplete system/Complete system is required for proper evaluation.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Please read all instructions prior to installation and use. Improper installation or misuse of the product may lead to failure and damage to both product and vehicle. The user assumes all responsibility. For assistance, please contact a local GReddy Authorized Dealer. All products are intended for use off public streets and highways. Vehicle manufacture warranty maybe voided should any modification(s) or removal(s) of OEM components are determined. Federal and state law may prohibit the removal, modification or rendering of any device affecting vehicle emissions. It is the users responsibility to be aware of federal, state and local laws. User assumes all cost and risks associated with purchase and installation of after market components.

LIMITS OF LIABILITY

Should the product(s) fail, your sole recourse shall be repair and replacement, as described in the preceding paragraphs. GReddy Performance Products will not be held liable to you or any other party for any damages that result from the failure of this product. Damages excluded include, but not limited to, the following: lost profit, lost wages, damage to other equipment, labor charges for un-installation/reinstallation of the product, storage fees, and incidental or consequential damages arising from the use, or inability to use the product. In no event will GReddy Performance Products be liable for more than the amount of your purchase price, not to exceed the current list price of the product, and excluding tax, shipping and handling charges.

BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT

All claims and disputes between GReddy Performance Products, Inc. and the purchaser and/or user of its products resulting from or arising out of the design, manufacture, warranty, or repair of a product, shall be resolved by binding arbitration:

a) For buyers located in the United States: by the American Arbitration Association, under its Supplementary Procedures for Consumer-Related Disputes then in effect. Any arbitration submitted under this agreement must be heard and decided in Orange County, California or such other location as may be required by applicable law.

b) The applicable law will be the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), completed by the UNIDROIT Principles 2010. Discovery shall be excluded. Each party shall share equally the costs.

c) Any award of the arbitrator(s) may be entered as a judgment in any court having jurisdiction. The AAA or other agreed upon tribunal shall have the power to rule on any challenge to its own jurisdiction or to the validity or enforceability of any portion of the agreement to arbitrate. The parties agree to arbitrate solely on an individual basis, and that this agreement does not permit class arbitration or any claims brought as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative arbitration proceeding.

The arbitral tribunal may not consolidate more than one person’s claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding. In the event the arbitral tribunal or a court having jurisdiction finds any portion of this agreement unenforceable, that portion shall not be effective and the remainder to the agreement shall remain in effect. The parties to this arbitration agreement understand that they may have had a right or opportunity to litigate claims or disputes through a court and to have a judge or jury decide their case, but they choose to have any disputes decided through arbitration.
