MotoRad is the international aftermarket trade name for Fishman Thermo Technologies Ltd. (formerly Fishman Engineering). Fishman is a privately owned company that has been engineering and manufacturing automotive thermostats since 1958. Today, Fishman manufactures automotive thermostats and caps from their 250,000 square foot facility in Israel’s Western Galilee. Fishman proudly serves the OE, OES, retail, traditional and specialty market channels. Fishman entered the North American market in 1974 operating under the MotoRad trade name. Since this time, MotoRad has been successful in capturing and servicing customers in the North American markets.

MotoRad has consistently been first-to-market with new aftermarket products and provides superior application coverage to its customers. In addition, MotoRad consistently offers near 100% unit fill, very quick turn times and tremendous customer support. In recent years, MotoRad has been awarded vendor of the year from three different customers. Every single part manufactured by MotoRad is tested in the factory before being shipped to their customers. MotoRad manufactures thermostats and caps to QS, TS and ISO standards.

MotoRad operates from three locations in North America; Mt. Carmel, Illinois, Princeton, Indiana, and Monterrey Mexico. In 2009, the company launched MotoRad HD to serve the thermostat and cap needs of the heavy duty channel. MotoRad HD is primarily sold to heavy duty distributors, however it is also available to light duty customers who serve the heavy duty market.
