5.0 Super Mesh

Royalty Core's exclusive 5.0 Super Mesh is the meanest, largest, and toughest mesh on the market. Its constructed from corrosion resistant T304 premium grade stainless steel. It features 65% open area for maximum breathing capacity.

10.0 Power Mesh

Royalty Core's 10.0 Power Mesh is beefy yet tight weaved in a diamond lock crimp style. This mesh is commonly used on Royalty Core grilles due to its tight weave and superior size over the competition. Its constructed from corrosion resistant T-304 stainless steel.

12.0 Sport Mesh

Royalty Core's exclusive 12.0 Sport Mesh Diamond Crimp Tight Weave Mesh is TIG Welded for Maximum Strength and Longevity. Its Constructed from Corrosion Resistant T304 Premium Grade Stainless Steel. It features open area for maximum breathing capacity.

4. Templates are printed, cut, molded, and tweaks are done to get an exact, tight, and solid fit with every grille Royalty Core offers.

7. The main grille frame is formed to match OEM factory rolls and bends.




8. Each mounting bracket is machined, connected, and welded for exact fitment. Royalty Core installs many brackets on each of its grilles for a tight long-lasting fit. The grilles are built to outlast the rest and to protect your truck. Each Royalty Core grille has 3-4 times more mounting points than other grilles and a much tighter fit. These grilles help protect your radiator and intercoolers against an expensive damage.




9. Royalty Core stainless steel wire woven lock-crimp mesh is strong and difficult to cut. The manufacturer uses 3 axis machines to cut the pattern to fit the main grille frame design with diamond shapes flowing from one end to the other in a straight and symmetrical pattern.




10. After the mesh is cut, it's formed to match OEM rolls and bends, and then detail-cut again; edges are ground, and pre-mocked to the main grille frame for fitment. All the edges around the mesh are welded to make the construction extra heavy-duty and rigid.




11. Spacers are machined to mount the mesh from the backside where the mesh stays a separate unit for providing diverse options for colors. Each grille frame and mesh Royalty Core builds can come in separate colors. For example, the mesh can be flat black and the grille frame can be gloss black, which is the most popular choice.




12. Royalty Core RC2CG and RC3DX grilles both offer an accent mesh in 4 places to display two mesh sizes.




13. The Royalty Core logo or your custom emblem is machined, studded, backed, and centered into place. Each stud is custom tailored in between the mesh.




14. Every element is pre-fit together, disassembled, bead blasted, final inspected, edges detailed, and coated in-house with bold flat black, satin black, or gloss jet-black paint. Most of Royalty Core grilles have a mixture of plating’s and coatings to display together. The manufacturer has a full mixing bank in-house and can make any color. They also do all powder coating in house.




15. After Royalty Core grilles are coated, the manufacturer machine-polishes all gloss colors to a show-like smooth mirrored finish. You will not find dull mudding colors or a bumpy unattractive finish common with other products. Royalty Core powder coat is a robust finish so you can count on a long durable life especially over T304 stainless.




16. Royalty Core grilles with studs around the outside of the grille frame offer a custom look. Their studs are one-of-a-kind and stainless steel. They come standard in black or chrome.




17. Each grille is assembled, fitted, tested, and quality-controlled 3 separate times along the process before the manufacturer marks it complete. Royalty Core grilles fit very cleanly.

• Logo: Royalty Core can create an emblem with your design or logo. All of Royalty Core emblems can be removed and replaced when you’re ready for something new.
• Color & Finish: Most of designs offer a choice of black, chrome, or a custom color to complement your truck. You can even choose one color for the grille frame and another for the mesh. Royalty Core also offers satin or glossy finishes.
• Accent Studs: These triple-chrome plated stainless studs are resilient, corrosion resistant, and provide the final touch to your unique grille design. You choose the color and finish on the studs, too.
• Integrated LED lights: Royalty Core offers several grilles with integrated LED options.
