If you’re looking for quality filters to protect your engine and prolong its life, Baldwin Filters® is a brand you can count on. From humble beginnings with just about a dozen of employees to a globally renowned company with distributions all over the world, Baldwin has thrived and prospered since its foundation. The history of the company goes back to 1936, when J.A. Baldwin realized the importance of improving mobile filtration and started producing his cartridge lube filters in Wisconsin. In 1953, the company moved to a larger facility in Kearney, Nebraska to be able to complete big orders. Now, Baldwin offers a wide range of superior filters, including lube, air, fuel, and coolant filters, as well many other related products. Baldwin uses the latest technology such as 3-D CAD modeling and stereo lithographic prototyping, while making their products, to be sure they’re second to none in performance and quality. Go with Baldwin to help your engine breathe better!

While not the most scientific method possible, can confirm that my engine oil stays cleaner, longer whenever I use a Baldwin filter during an oil change.
Baldwin starts with a heavier metal can and mounting plate - huge difference when you pick up a Fram or even Wix Gold. And unlike many filter manufacturers, Baldwin follows SAE testing protocols instead of making up ones just to make their filters look good. Wix (Mann&Hummel) do this by using a 25 micron rating rather than the SAE 20 micron one to make their filter look more efficient.

Baldwin Oil Filters Are The Best
Baldwin Filters® P9600 - Oil Filter Element
Baldwin outperforms other national brand oil filters by a bunch. They are competitively priced and don't lose "oil pressure" after a few thousand miles like the oil filters that have "plastic" pressure valves.

Baldwin Oil Filters Are Great
Baldwin Filters® - Spin-On Oil Filter
Baldwin oil filters are the best value for the money and in head-to-head tests with six other national brands, Baldwin wins for durable internal parts and filtration of micro particles.
