Universal 8 oz. Black Hot Vulcanizing Flammable Cement by BlackJack®. BlackJack cement contains accelerators that begin the vulcanizing process when coming in contact with the gum rubber of the repair. This vulcanizing cement both cause the repair to adhere to the tire or tube and cause the uncured gum rubber of the repair to vulcanize. Each can comes with an applicator brush in the cap.
