Universal Rubber Handle Ratchet Tie Downs with J Hooks by Boxer Tools®. This ratchet tie down includes a rubber-handle ratchets with J hook end fittings. The rubber coating on the ratchet makes it comfortable to grip. The ratchet gives an option for maximum torque when tensioning the straps. The tie down strap is made with industrial-grade polyester webbing for maximum hauling strength. The heavy duty hooks are constructed from heat-treated steel, vinyl-coated to resist scratching surfaces.
