Good Replace
Brought this hose to replace the hose on the rack and pinion and it pretty the right size and just enough length I needed. No issues with it what so ever.

It Will Work for a 1999 2.5 Wrangler.
Crown® - Power Steering Return Line Hose Assembly
The OEM is discontinued. This fits perfectly, you just have to trim the hose a little or it'll be too long. Drop the three bolts that hold the box to the frame (they are pretty cool, made for 12 point socket from the factory, no you didn't round it), use an 18mm to loosen the line, cut a little off of the new one and install. When you are taking the old line off of the reservoir use a razor blade to make two vertical cuts so as to not break the plastic nipple. Good luck! After Looking Everywhere I Found It!
Crown® - Power Steering Return Line Hose Assembly
This works on a 1999, Jeep Wrangler 2.5 Liter. Everyone says it's discontinues, but this bolted right up. The easiest way to change it is to lower the steering box and take off the plastic cover between the bumper and grill (4 10mm bolts). The 3 bolts from the frame to the steering box are shaped to fit a 12 point socket perfectly. I thought I rounded them but that is the shape.
