Universal 1.25" Firewall Boot by Daystar®. Anywhere you need to run wiring, air lines, or tubing through your vehicle’s frame, all you need to do is drill a 1.25-inch diameter hole in the metal, and fit this contoured boot in the hole. After trimming the boot to fit your needs, run the wiring through it and snug the boot end tight with a tie strap. Moisture and water will be kept out, and wiring will not chafe or fray over sharp metal edges. Durable yet flexible polymerized rubber construction will not corrode, crack, or leak after exposure to heat or the elements. Limited lifetime warranty.

Whether you're customizing your vehicle with speakers, electronics, cameras, hydraulics, or simply re-routing existing wiring, drilling a hole through parts of your vehicle's metal frame is unavoidable. Stamped sheet metal edges are very sharp, and while typical rubber O-rings surrounding the edges of a hole can prevent wiring from cuts, they do not block water and moisture from passing through. For these applications, Daystar offers the Firewall Boot – designed to give your wiring the protection it needs and provide 100 percent insulation to prevent leaks.
Installation cannot be simpler. While the boot is designed to work optimally with a 1.25- Inch hole because of its tapered shape, it is easily adaptable. Simply fit the boot in place around the hole, then trim it to fit as needs dictate. After running the wiring through the Firewall Boot, use tie straps on one or both ends to snug the boot tightly around the wiring. Daystar manufactures the boot from santoprene – a specially blended polymerized rubber material that is flexible like rubber while also being resistant to cuts the way harder plastic is. The boot will provide the highest durability and resistance to heat without becoming warped, cracked, punctured, or corroded the way inferior materials can. Daystar proudly manufactures the Firewall Boot in the United States, and backs it with a limited lifetime warranty.
