Limited Lifetime Warranty
The EZRED Company will guarantee their products to be free of manufacturers defects for a lifetime of intended use. This warranty shall not apply to products that have been misused, abused, damaged by accident or otherwise. Repairs or modifications performed by anyone other than The E-Z Red Company or an authorized repair center will result in a breach of this warranty. The E-Z Red Company is not responsible for damage or personal injury resulting from improper tool usage, product modifications, or abuse. The E-Z Red Company reserves the right to repair or replace any defective products that qualify under implied warranty. Discontinued items that are covered under this warranty will be repaired or replaced for a period of 90 days following the discontinued announcement. Not all E-Z Red products are covered under this Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Limited One-Year Warranty
If within one (1) year from the date of purchase, the product fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, E-Z Red will repair if possible or replace it free of charge.
EZRED will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages to purchaser, or any other part, for any loss, damage, injury, or expense of any kind or nature cause directly or indirectly by product or the failure of the product to operate properly. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty is in lieu of all other express or implied warranties. All implied warranties, including the warranty of merchantability and the warranty of fitness of a particular purpose are hereby modified to exist only as stated above. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
The warranty does not apply to: (a) damage cause by accident, abuse, in handling, dropping: (b) acts of Gods; (c) united which have been subject to unauthorized repair, opened, taken apart or otherwise modified; (d) units not used in accordance with directions; (e) damages exceeding the cost of the product; (f) depreciated or loss of charge time; (g) the finish on any portion of the product, such as surface scratches and/or weathering, as this is considered normal wear and tear. Some states do not allow a limitation of damages so the forgoing limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
