Universal PolarSeal II™ Notched Jaw Hose Pliers by Gates®. The PolarSeal® II pliers are used to crimp the clamps on PolarSeal® II couplings. The ratcheting pliers will not release until the crimp is complete guaranteeing a proper seal. The straight jaw pliers are used when there are no obstructions to hinder crimping. The notched jaw pliers are for use in tight quarters. Use the side or the front of the pliers to complete the crimp.
