Universal Flexible Cable Hose Clamp Pliers by GearWrench®. These pliers are used to easily remove or install spring / flat band type hoe clamps. The cable allows the user to snake the clamp remover in and reach clamps in the most remote or difficult access areas. The innovative dual sided device will work on an expanded range of clamps from 0 to 2" and from 1" to 3".
