Universal 2-1/4" to 5" Adjustable Oil Filter Pliers (4561) by OTC®. 1 Piece. Forged jaws with sure-grip teeth grab the filter for easy removal. Slip-joint ratchet and lock mechanism allows a secure grip on filters ranging from 3-3/4" to 7" (95 mm to 178 mm) in diameter. Pliers is 18" long.
