Universal Pulley Holding Locking Pliers by OTC®. This adjustable locking pliers can be used to hold pulleys, clutch hubs, flywheels, gears, and sprockets with internal or external teeth up to a 4" diameter. Can also be used on applications with slots or holes with the 5/16" pins.
