Universal Super Flow™ 0 to 400 psi CO2 Regulator Kit (REG-7001) by Power Tank®. The key to Power Tank performance is the Super Flow Regulator. This XP400 is the latest version of higher-performance regulator built for extreme duty applications. It will screw on to just about any CO2 bottle manufactured in the US to give you all the Power Tank performance you’d expect on your own or an exchanged bottle.

Notes

To fit to an N2 tank valve you will have to either use an N2 nut/nipple assembly (UPG-6070) or buy the N2 to CO2 adapter (FIT-0002). Don't buy an N2 regulator that is not designed to withstand the harsh temperatures of CO2.

If your main source of CO2 is a gas supplier that only does tank exchanges and not refills, this is the kit you need. Rent a 5, 10, 15, or 20 lb CO2 tank and install the Power Grip Guard and Regulator yourself at home. When the bottle is empty, bring it back to your supplier to exchange for a filled tank, just like you would your 20lb propane tank.

Power Tank regulators are designed to never freeze clog, unlike most CO2 regulators on the market. This XP400 boasts a 48 cfm flow rate at a maximum outlet pressure of 400 psi. Compare this to a top-end portable air compressor with a 4.65 cfm flow rate at 29 psi with a max pressure output of 150 psi. This regulator was created for the off road racers who needed a portable air source to run air tools at full power, inflate tires quickly, reseat tires instantly, and to be able to tune and charge N2 shocks in the middle of the desert.

With a simple changeout of the CO2 nut/nipple assembly with an N2 nut/nipple assembly or by using a CO2 to N2 converter, this can also function as a Nitrogen regulator. This is how race teams are able to tune and charge shocks anywhere. Check out N2 Shock Inflator Tool (SIG-5600) for the best in shock inflation and tuning. If you’d like to use this regulator solely for N2, choose the ‘N2 Only’ option from the drop down list. If you’d like to switch between CO2 and N2 as the source of air, choose the ‘dual gas’ option. With this option, the regulator will have the standard CO2 nut/nipple assembly and a separate adapter (FIT-0002) that will fit in between the regulator and N2 valve when using Nitrogen.

The Power Flow 1 is an automatic locking 6-ball coupler and comes standard. Upgrade to a Power Flow 3 for a more secure 8-ball grip and improved flow rate. The Super Coupler has a universal fit for five plug types and a built-in pressure shut-off which makes switching between air tools a breeze, even with 250 psi in the hose.

The Power Grip Guard Handle and Power Tank regulator both have a limited lifetime warranty. The hose comes with a 2 year warranty.

Warranty

Power Tank Regulators are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. For the first year (12 months) from the original date of purchase, Power Tank will repair or replace (at the election and expense of Power Tank) a SuperFlow™ regulator for free so long as a dated copy of the original sale invoice is provided along with the defective regulator. Only original, unaltered, and unmodified regulators are covered by this policy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, or negligence. This warranty does not cover consequential damages or any other losses arising from any defect of the product. Power Tank warranty will not cover abnormal use or regulators that have been tampered with. Abnormal use or tampering includes but is not limited to modification or disassembly of any part of the regulator, unreasonable use, use with a gas other than CO2 or N2, use on a non-certified CO2 tank (past due hydro date or failed hydro test), use on a non-CO2 or N2 tank, neglect, lack of maintenance or care, use in a production related service, improper lubrication, or use after malfunction or damage has occurred. Use of a Power Tank regulator without a Power Tank Power Grip Guard (handle) will void your warranty. This warranty is transferable and applies to USA only.

Power Tank Cylinders and Regulator Guards have a limited lifetime warranty. Each tank requires a recertification test every five years from the tank's manufacture date. If a tank should fail the recertification, the customer may send the decommissioned tank to Power Tank in exchange for a brand new replacement cylinder. To help protect the valve and regulator Power Tank requires that its Power Grip guard be mounted around them at all times. Power Tank offers a lifetime warranty on this guard against material and manufacturing defects. This warranty is transferable and applies to USA only.

Power Tank Tire Inflators with Gauges are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for five years from the date of purchase. If a Power Tank Tire Inflator fails due to a manufacturing defect within five years from date of purchase, Power Tank will repair the unit or replace it, at its discretion. Only original, unaltered, and unmodified units are covered by this policy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, or negligence. This warranty does not cover consequential damages or any other losses arising from any defect of the product. Without a proof of purchase, it will be assumed that your Tire Inflator is over five years old and does not fall within the scope of this warranty.

Power Tank Hoses and Tank Boots are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the date of purchase. If a Power Tank Hose or Tank Boot fails due to a manufacturing defect within two years from date of purchase, Power Tank will repair the unit, without charge, or replace it, at its discretion. Only original, unaltered, and unmodified units are covered by this policy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, or negligence. This warranty does not cover consequential damages or any other losses arising from any defect of the product. Without a proof of purchase, it will be assumed that your Hose or Tank Boot is over two years old and does not fall within the scope of this warranty.

All other Power Tank products are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 60 days from the date of purchase. If a Power Tank product fails due to a manufacturing defect within 60 days from date of purchase, Power Tank will repair the unit, without charge, or replace it, at its discretion. Only original, unaltered, and unmodified units are covered by this policy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, or negligence. This warranty does not cover consequential damages or any other losses arising from any defect of the product. Without a proof of purchase, it will be assumed that your product is over 60 days old and does not fall within the scope of this warranty.
