AirDog II-5G Fuel Pump System by PureFlow AirDog®. This superior system is carefully designed to enhance engine performance and increase fuel economy by removing entrained air and vapor and particulate contaminates from diesel fuel. This patented AirDog II-4G also removes excess fuel not needed by the engine. This system maintains correct injection timing, eliminates spray pattern disruption, and allows for a full power stroke and complete burn.
Experience the power of pure diesel fuel reaching your engine, resulting in enhanced engine performance, increased fuel economy and torque output. This patented Fuel Preporator by AirDog removes various large contaminates that could damage or jam the gerotor fuel pump. The entrained air/water vapor is separated and then is discharged through the positive fuel air separation features. The air/vapor enters the return port after the regulator, allowing pure fuel to flow to the engine at a regulated positive pressure.
This system also removes fuel not needed by the engine allowing the fuel to flow through the regulator and return to the fuel tank. This AirDog II-4G maintains correct injection timing, eliminates spray pattern disruption and allows for a full power stroke and complete burn. This system has a dual feed gerotor pump and low amperage motor that provides endurance and efficiency. The intermediate pump shaft of the system separates a motor from fuel. The self-aligning motor requires less maintenance and reduces noise levels. This system overcomes loss of power for diesel engines operating at higher altitudes.
As a leading manufacturer of premium fuel air separation systems, PureFlow AirDog® offers a variety of AirDog, AirDog II, and AirDog II-4G systems as well as Raptor lift pumps, factory replacement lift pumps, etc. The company was founded by W.A.P. to manufacture AirDog and Raptor product lines. In 1990 Charles Ekstam developed the world's first and only fuel air separation system for diesel engines with positive air separation to boost the vehicle's performance.
