Installation

RhinoPac® - Clutch Installation

The clutch is one of the most used and abused components on any manual shift vehicle. Defective clutch symptoms include slippage, chatter, vibration, binding and drag, as well as noise. If engine rpms increase without an increase in vehicle speed, the clutch is slipping, which can be caused by worn parts or oil contamination. If the clutch chatters when it’s engaged, with shaking and shuddering, the disc and pressure plate could be glazed. If the clutch drags and does not fully release, which can be caused by a warped disc and/or pressure plate, it can cause shifting problems and gear clash. If these conditions describe your clutch, you need a RhinoPac Clutch Kit.

A RhinoPac Clutch Kit is engineered as a system, and most applications include an all new pressure plate, disc, release bearing, pilot bearing/bushing, and even an alignment tool to ease transmission installation. All components are manufactured with premium materials to OE specifications for fit, balance and performance, and all parts must pass stringent quality assurance tests.

The RhinoPac warranty period begins with the purchase of a new Complete Clutch System (consisting of a clutch kit, hydraulics, and flywheel) and is valid only to the original purchaser of the following products:

The Clutch System and the component parts included are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and service. Each OE Plus Clutch Kit is warranted for twenty-four (24) months or twenty-four thousand (24,000) miles (40,000 kilometers) - whichever occurs first - from the date of installation if not purchased as part of a Complete Clutch System

PERFORMANCE PLUS CLUTCH SYSTEMS INCLUDE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:

PERFORMANCE PLUS CLUTCH KITS
HYDRAULICS
FLYWHEELS
The Clutch System and the component parts included are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and service. Each Performance Plus Clutch Kit is warranted for eighteen (18) months or eighteen thousand (18,000) miles (30,000 kilometers) - whichever occurs first - from the date of installation

CLASS 4, 5 and 6 CLUTCH KITS are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and service beginning on the verified installation date and ending (12) months othereafter

CLASS 7 AND 8 CLUTCH KITS are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and service beginning on the verified installation date and ending twenty-four (24) months thereafter

LIFT SUPPORTS are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and service beginning on the verified date of purchase and ending after twelve (12) months

Just Wished You Have More

Ordered my clutch kit for my 65 Falcon the parts were just like advertised and worked well after installation just wish they would have more of the parts that I need to finish my restoration.
