XtraVision Halogen Bulb (H11XV.BP) by Sylvania®. 1 Bulb. Halogen white color bulb. Looking to add the style and attitude of an HID headlight to your vehicle? Pick up SilverStar® XtraVision halogen bulbs from Sylvania. SilverStar® XtraVision is made to turn heads, with a crisp white light that transforms and completes the look of your vehicle. On the road or at the show, XtraVision is the first thing they’ll notice.
Sylvania SilverStar® XtraVision lights are made to compete with HID lights in style and appearance. Their special mirror tip and cobalt blue coating gives these bulbs a remarkable jewel like shimmer for head turning style. But it’s more than just attitude with these bulbs. You also get crisp illumination from a light that’s noticeably whiter than standard halogen bulbs. On the road you’ll notice an immediate difference. SilverStar® XtraVision bulbs use a proprietary cobalt blue coating combined with xenon halogen gas technology to generate a colour temperature that rivals HID. 100 percent street legal, they meet all DOT requirements.
Sylvania® was originally founded in 1931, specializing in the development and manufacturing of vacuum tubes and radio transceivers. The company emerged on the forefront of lighting technology with the introduction of the first fluorescent lighting tube in 1939, and followed by branching into customer electronics such as television sets, radios, camera flashbulbs, and more. In 1959, Sylvania merged with General Telephone to form General Telephone and Electronics (GTE). During the following decades, Sylvania expanded their product lineup into automotive lighting applications and began cutting edge work on fiberoptics. In 1993, Sylvania merged with German lighting company Osram (founded in 1919) to form the Osram Sylvania name that is known today. Today, Osram Sylvania has United States headquarters and manufacturing in Hillsboro, NH and has become the world's largest manufacturer of automotive lighting equipment as well as products that illuminate homes and commercial applications.
