Installation
The story of TRUX® software began in 1990 with the establishment of TRUX Route Management Systems Inc. and the launch of specialized information and operational management software developed specifically for the waste industry. Following eight years as MIS Manager for a major waste company, Rob Bloomfield recognized the potential for increasingly more powerful PC based systems to meet the needs of waste haulers. Thus TRUX was conceived and developed. Teaming with Allen Ische, who brought extensive computer industry sales experience, the partners introduced the initial version of TRUX Route Management System. From the head office in Cambridge, Ontario, Canada, TRUX grew as the system gained wide acceptance with industry leaders throughout Canada and the United States. Today TRUX's dedication to the waste industry is as strong as ever. Their clients range from small, independent haulers to some of the largest waste management corporations in North America.
