TRUCKiD Dream Build Photo Contest Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: January 20th, 2025

By participating in the TRUCKiD Dream Build Photo Contest (“Contest”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

1.1. This Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

1.2. Employees of TRUCKiD, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter.

1.3. No purchase is required to enter. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

1.4. Void where prohibited by law.

2.1. The Contest begins on January 20th, 2025, and ends 60 days later on March 20th, 2025 (“Contest Period”).

2.2. To participate, entrants must:

• Submit a product review of a TRUCKiD.com product via TRUCKiD’s designated review platform.
• Attach at least four (4) high-resolution photos to their product review. Only the attached photos will qualify as an entry into the Contest. The review itself will not be considered for judging or as part of the entry criteria.

2.3. Each submission must meet the following criteria:

• Photos must be clear, high-resolution, and relevant to the build or the use of the product.
• Reviews must be original, honest, and comply with TRUCKiD’s content guidelines. Positive reviews are not required.
• Photos must not contain offensive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate material.

2.4. Limit one (1) entry per eligible person. Additional reviews or photos will not constitute additional entries.

2.5. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): Entrants who wish to participate without submitting a review may enter by emailing at least four (4) high-resolution photos to [email protected] with the subject line “TRUCKiD Dream Build Photo Contest Entry.” No purchase or review is required for AMOE submissions.

3.1. The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries (photos) received during the Contest Period.

3.2. The winner will be selected and announced within 14 days of the Contest Period ending on TRUCKiD’s website and/or social media channels.

3.3. The decision of TRUCKiD is final and binding.

4.1. The winner will receive a $1,000 gift card to use at TRUCKiD.com.

4.2. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash or any other alternative.

4.3. Winners are responsible for any and all applicable taxes associated with receiving the prize.

5.1. By entering, participants agree to grant TRUCKiD a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display submitted photos for promotional and marketing purposes, with credit given to the entrant.

5.2. TRUCKiD reserves the right to disqualify any participant whose entry does not comply with these terms or who tampers with the entry process.

5.3. TRUCKiD is not responsible for any technical failures, submission errors, or unauthorized access affecting the entry process.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow TRUCKiD to use their name, likeness, and submitted photos for promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

7.1. All disputes arising out of or connected to this Contest will be resolved individually, without resort to class action, in the courts located in the State of Delaware.

7.2. These terms will be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Delaware.

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless TRUCKiD, its employees, affiliates, agents, and assigns from any liability, claim, or damages arising out of participation in the Contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

Any personal information collected through participation in this Contest will be processed in accordance with TRUCKiD’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.truckid.com/help-center/privacy.html.

TRUCKiD reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest at any time for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues, fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances.

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any third-party social media platform or payment service.
